Project Program:
Among the many organic building materials that exists, the Bamboo Pavilion of the German-Chinese house built for the Expo 2010 Shnaghai, demonstrates the use of bamboo construction. The pavilions layout is 82ft x 32ft and has a height of 24ft. The bamboo canes, for example, are giant stems up to 9 inches in diameter, a length of 24ft and with stainless-steel custom nodes.

To learn how materials come together and different construction methods within the architecture field.
